Acne Book
What book should i read to Clear Acne?
I’m doing it, i’m getting clear skin if it means losing my left nut. I was thinking of a dermatology book about skin you know, or some sort of skin book that’ll help me get good skin. What do you guys think? FYI all the information i’ve been getting is just from pathlots and little parts, i want a pure source of information. Thanks niggas!
The best treatment for acne is Vitamin D, which you get from exposing your body to sunlight.
• Do not bathe before or right after exposure; your body needs the oils on your skin to convert sunlight to Vitamin D
• You must be outdoors; healthy rays don’t pass through glass
• Never burn; cover up or go inside if you begin to turn pink.
• Don’t use sunscreen or anything else – that defeats the whole purpose.
Sunlight really works, and costs you nothing!
